How does a thread titled "As the Bird Turns" that devolves into BBQ, not once discuss rotisserie chicken?

I was thinking of starting a BBQ and grilling thread. If for no other reason, I don't have to search for all the tips and recipes I want to try.How does a thread titled "As the Bird Turns" that devolves into BBQ, not once discuss rotisserie chicken?
Rotisserie Chicken between Nationals and WTT, yum. Hey Doug give me that recipe! How does a thread titled "As the Bird Turns" that devolves into BBQ, not once discuss rotisserie chicken?
I would be interested in trying this. Could please post it. Perhaps we need a BWI recipe thread. Lots of good ideas here.Kinda similar.
Smoker at 200-225 for 6-8 hours. Take it off, wrap in foil, add a little apple juice and stick it in the oven for 4-6 more, 12-14 total. Then, stick it in a cooler for a few more hours.
Any traditionalists or contest smokers can KMA. I'm not cooking this for you. And, this brisket is melt in yo mouth, slap yo momma good.
And, if anyone is interested in the recipe, my homemade pastrami is even better than my brisket, but it takes eight days.
Wonder how the wood chunks were certified. Or the smoker. Here is a great resource for wood for smoking if you want to play around with different species of hardwood.

Though I guess we could share the wrestling pics taken by our very own @tikk10 and not gotten into the PD3 gutter...
Do you find this hurts the bark, or are you not a big bark guy? I usually hold off on wrapping until the bark is set to where I like it, sometimes it's in the middle of the stall and sometimes it's all the way up at 180ish. I also wrap in pink butcher paper instead of foil. However, I have had some dryer briskets that I think were the result of chasing a better bark. A few times I hit that perfect balance, but I can't always do it consistently. I am interested in trying the foil boat method too.Kinda similar.

Don't need a recipe for rotisserie chicken, just go to Sam's Club, Walmart, Giant, etc. but and eat. YUMHow does a thread titled "As the Bird Turns" that devolves into BBQ, not once discuss rotisserie chicken?
I don't particularly concern myself with the bark. I know some people are all about it, but I'm about the meat. I think if you get the meat the right flavor and texture, people will forget about the bark.Do you find this hurts the bark, or are you not a big bark guy? Wrong! You can't make good burnt ends without fully developed bark. Foil just obliterates the texture. And you can just KMA.😀I don't particularly concern myself with the bark. You know. When you're a father of 5 girls between 22 and 28, these gifs just don't do it for me like they used to. The kids have taken all the fun out of a day at the beach.
I am with you. This is not my preferred Porn site LOL. I also have 2 daughters and just became a grandfather. Finally put Goggles on ignore. You know. Humor for the day. Courtesy of @24timenattychamps:
If we’re getting crazy we should just bump Spencer to 33 for the PSU dual and have Cullan take out Howard. Would be the ultimate troll if it works out
It would be pretty one sided. Especially close after weigh ins like it would be for a dual. Most of the shots Austin got in on against RBY, Spencer will finish. RBY would have a terrible time on bottom as well.
Spencer Lee is going to be a legend and probably even a four-time champ, but it's funny how often he's described as immortal and not a guy who's already been legitimately beaten five times in college.Humor for the day. Courtesy of @24timenattychamps:

5 times. 🙂Spencer Lee is going to be a legend and probably even a four-time champ, but it's funny how often he's described as immortal and not a guy who's already been legitimately beaten five times in college.
RBY would gas him from bottom.Humor for the day. Courtesy of @24timenattychamps:

Not to mention a very substantial quickness advantage over any 125 with two knees.RBY mashes Spencer's terrible goatee into the mat every time he shoots. Sorry, but RBY has a very real, substantial length and strength advantage.
Well, I think it’s fair to say that I’m not all Iowa fans. I recognize when other teams have exceptional athletes. Many won’t.No one is saying five losses is a lot, but with a year to wrestle, it’s more losses than Ed Ruth, David Taylor, Zain Retherford, Jason Nolf and Bo Nickal.
And at the same point in their careers, Aaron Brooks and Carter Starocci have the same number of championships with fewer losses than Spencer.
Mark Hall had one more loss but a higher win percentage at this point.
Do Iowa fans consider all those PSU guys “generational” too?
Can you take us through how injuries caused each of his five losses?Well, I think it’s fair to say that I’m not all Iowa fans. I recognize when other teams have exceptional athletes. Many won’t.
I think it’s also fair to note that your boys, while having outstanding careers, never really had to deal with the types of injuries, (or wrestled with the types of injuries) that Lee has had
personally, I’d love to see a Lee vs RBY meeting. I got Lee.
