Since Iceland was brought up I will add a request, anyone ever been to Lithuania? Me and the Mrs are thinking of going this summer. Interestingly enough I read one page that said they have great beer, then another where different posters commented it was the worst beer of any European country.
Never been, so not sure about the beer. I'm headed to Prague and Budapest after we drop the kids off at Penn State this fall. I like my chances better with the beer where I'm headed!
You certainly should in Prague. Wonderful city. Great beer, unfortunately enjoyed by pedestrians and drivers alike. (Be careful crossing the street!) BTW, there is a town square full of cafes about halfway up the castle hill -- which is a very tempting break from a steep uphill walk.
Might be going to Budapest at the end of April/beginning of May -- and whaddayaknow, there's a massive beer fest on 5/1. I'd ask to pray for my liver, but I no longer have enough tolerance to worry about adding new spots.
Another love note for Cael from Iowa. By the way, the title of the thread was (Who will get wild card bids)? A little off topic.
On an even brighter note, it looks like pen state is dead in water @125 @149? @157 and @HWT no pen state qualifiers for NCAAs.
Have to say @HWT I can’t blame Nevills for what that kid went through . Save his body for a team that gives a crap about him.
He was a top 10 kid coming out!! Promises promises from Sanderson... until they “bring back” a guy out of retirement— a 6th or is it now 7th year of eligibility? The retiree finally has a legit injury (irony?) and Nevills finally gets a chance... Not so fast.
”just kidding kid” we found a guy enrolled at another school who was a top 5 guy. Sorry Nevills you’re out again. Wait... we have had a change of heart, you are our guy Nevills!, The top 5 guy apparently has eligibility issues (who would have thought pen state even checked if they are enrolled ) and now Nevills you are back in.
Total mind ...k for that kid. Exhibit B— this is yet another glaring reality check as to why Sanderson and his brothers are not to be trusted. He literally uses kids until they are no longer the flavor of the month, week, day. This is total BS.

It must suck to be a Hawkeye fan. Nobody... and I mean Nobody gets tougher draws at tournaments then them. Then you have all the mean anti Iowa refs that are always out to get them! Boo Hoo. 
They do have a point about the refs. You practically never see a kid wrestling an Iowa kid in the Big10s or NCAAs get DQed for stalling.It must suck to be a Hawkeye fan. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. When Penn State wins I tend to over credit Cody and Cael Sanderson. When they lose, too often I blame Cole and Cyler Sanderson.

Iowa is probably going to win the team title this year and HR is still consumed with jealousy over our program.

This. I've never seen a fan base whine so much in my life as an overwhelming favorite. They've done nothing in 10 years regarding a National Championship, and yet act like they're big man on the block. They destroyed their own wrestlers yesterday, attacked all the other fanbases, then accuse everyone out there as cheaters.
Personally, I'm enjoying the hell out of our season cheering on our wrestlers. I'm flabbergasted they appear to spend more time bitching and whining than enjoying their season. The RBY comments were things of beauty. Both wrestlers gave it their all and RBY is now 2-0 the last two matches. Today should be fun. Lol

I believe it is far past time for folks to support the sport and knock off the ignorant cheap shots regarding wrestlers and coaches. Only fools would ever question the coaching capabilities of those that have won National Championships. You have to be a special kind of stupid to support such nonsense.
You responded to my post with a statement that has nothing to do with my post. Put the bottle down my man and think rationally. Let me paint a picture about how tournaments the last 9 years go. PSU gets a big lead, PSU trolls (many from here) flood HR with post after post mocking and blasting Iowa, Iowa fans respond with cheap and easy insults back, PSU fans come back to this board complaining that Hawks fans insulted them and this board is far more classy and doesn’t tolerate that petty name calling. So you all can hang out here and blast HR for how they treat PsU fans but take a look in the mirror when trying to figure out how it got there.

Not sure if that is him but Pyles is a big Iowa fan that use to post a lot about them prior to being hired by Flo. He tries to act objective in his commentary but his fandum clearly seeps in from time to time.
