Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is just fantastic for a double album.

Most Overrated - God Only Knows. It's a good song but people go overboard. Paul McCartney said it was the greatest song ever written and it made him cry when he first listened to it. A bit much.
Most Underrated - The Warmth of the Sun. That song was over 50 years old before I heard it for the first time. I can't understand why it is so obscure.

jmho but I wouldn't pick Don't Stop Believin' as Journey's best song. Maybe for anyone born after 1985 it is. Not sure which one I'd choose as their best. My kids would certainly agree with you but I'm not sure they've even heard any of Journey's "older" stuff from their first few albums.Journey
