No. Retherford had clearly demonstrated a new move, and the official not only delayed the back points incorrectly, but would have cost a lesser wrestler, riding time and maybe more. Retherford out wrestled both the official and Mayes, badly.

Every time I've watched this match, I'm confused even more by Lavion's decision to go bottom.

Really was incredible. 6-2 with 2:00 or so in riding going into the third, and Mayes pulls a Molinaro. Taylor tweets about sharing championships with teammates. It looks like ZR has 4 nf at 1:44. He does "hands off" around 1:17 and they finally score the 4. Around :50 he gets 4 more and it is over at :26 or so, With ZR holding Mayes down like you held your little brother down.

12 points in period three in less than 1:30!!! During the moment, you are so pumped just to see Zain win, it didn't hit me right away that he scored so many so late.
