Dem- thanks for your work on all of this. In some ways, I wish I was more involved. Kudos to all involved trying to bring more transparency to the issues.

Worst part is we still can't be sure whether it was out of stupidity or spite.

Could these captains of industry really believe they would win that suit and force PMA to pay? Did nobody advise them on that likelihood? Or did they just ignore the advice? In the scheme of things, why would they care about getting reimbursed?

On the other hand, did they think that what has happened is exactly what would happen and what they wanted to happen? Continue to defame Paterno, denigrate the football program, and extend a middle finger at the alumni and other members of the community who have called them out for their negligence. All while continuing the narrative they started 4 1/2 years ago to keep the focus away from their dirty deeds and malfeasance.

I'm going with "something far worse". These narcissistic OGBOT cretins aren't stupid. Antisocial, quite possibly, but not stupid. The things they've done, of which the latest document release is just the most recent example, constitute a breach of fiduciary duty to the University so aggravated as to rule out any cause other than intent. I don't see how any reasonable, unbiased person could conclude otherwise.
