My local small town doctor had one back in the day. My eyes lit up every time I saw it. It was so breathtaking and futuristic.
my dad drove Electras, and he did buy a new one that year- I begged him to get the Rivera instead, but my plea fell on deaf ears

he didn't go for the GTO I thought mom should have instead of a wagon, either- there was just no reasoning with the man

Feast your eyes on the classic Reliant Robin, a masterpiece of British engineering and design.

The Robin has even been adapted for military use.

In this last photo, the Robin shows off its 3-wheel design; something it tended to do when turning a corner. Because this is a "best looking" thread, I think this is the best looking view of this classic beauty.

I don’t know how to upload pictures but I owned a 69 Camaro SS clone in 1981. The car was originally a 69 camaro with a Base 350ci 295hp V8. My first car was given to me in 1980, a 1968 Pontiac 2dr Tempest powered by an In-line 6cyl with a 1bbl carburetor. Both cars were very expensive to keep up for a 17 & 18 year old which ultimately steered me towards more fuel efficient and reliable Japanese cars.

One of my favorite all time top gear segments.

Studebaker Avanti. [I don’t know how to down load pictures.] I learned to drive on a Silver Hawk. The Avanti was the next evolution.

Avanti looks downright gorgeous from the rear / rear three-quarter’s view - but that nose has always been downright dorky, wonky and wrong ... and that’s coming from a guy who appreciates nearly all grille-less cars

LOL well you won’t be buying any Lexus or Toyota products. Their designers have some kind of “grill” envy or something. They look like they should be in the ocean sucking up plankton. I think they're hideous.

I have never seen a Red Barchetta, but I've heard it is fast and shiny. It's tires spit gravel, has well oiled leather and smells of hot metal and oil.

I would rather be homeless than drive a Rice Burner........

My favorite is one of the new classics. Although preferably one with circa 2015 “hover conversion”.

We’ve covered the universal disdain for Toyota/Lexus/Honda/Acura styling “language” of late (foul language, in my opinion) here over the years....
