Great run. Wish Pickett had just played out the last few seconds in transition vs calling timeout with 3.3.
This PSU team is the best team in the Big 10 at this moment. Purdue definitely did not win that. We were several points better than them. The Big 10 refs won this one.

The over the top love fest for Edey is nauseating. The stuff he does is not because he’s a super man basketball player, it’s because he’s 7’4. If he was 6’4, he’d be playing D-3 in Podunct, Montana.

I didn't like Pickett inbounding the ball with 3 seconds left. That took him out of the offense, to drive to the basket for the tie or to kick it out to a shooter.

Agreed--usually I would want Pickett to be an option but given how the game had unfolded I like that decision Lundy picking up his 5th out of frustration hurt us. Needed him at that point.
It would be difficult to argue otherwise. We beat Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Northwestern in the regular season and/or tournament.
Well, I finally did it. I just put that Ass-Hole on ignore and suddenly this thread is enjoyable. Did you ever see that Progressive commercial with Dr. Rick? I don't think Dr. Rick would have a chance with this guy. But he's out of my life now and I feel kinda good about that.
He is pretty good for a guy that tall. Good shot, moves well. But not as good as they make him sound.

Look at his numbers...he's carrying Purdue to a #1 seed and is pretty freaking good.

And he’s elite because he’s 7’4, not because of outstanding athleticism (like Shaq) or great basketball skills (like Ewing).

Based on the seedings--I'm not sure the Big Ten was as respected as we thought. Only 8 teams not 9 as many expected as well.
