BJC help

I'm currently in an argument with a friend about who owns the BJC. I told him that it is a joint partnership with another company which is what has caused the bball team to practice in other places a few years ago. He sited the BJC website and Wikipedia saying that psu completely owns it and there is no mention of a partnership.

Does anyone have anything that I can use to prove my point? Am I even correct?
