I'm curious - and I don't won't to derail this thread - but Zig has a habit of horribly insulting those that don't share the same opinion on..you know....#hewhoshallnotbenamed.

Seeing that Heim "had no idea" and yet has been so publicly quiet and allowed this shitstorm to roll over Joe, Sue & their family along with others, has Zig unleashed that same fury on Bruce Heim as well? I've tuned Zig out after being insulted, so I really don't know. Will Zig set up an such an EPIC CHALLENGE Q & A with Heim?
Personally, I'm just so stunned that people like Heim, Poole and Raykovitz can apparently gad about town, not a care in the world, and not have made any public statements excoriating Freeh, the NCAA, our former OAG & certain Trustees/Admin. Surely they are aware of the damage done to their community & beyond.
But then again, when this first all went down in November, 2011 I thought to myself "Penn State has waaayy too many high profile, powerful & influential Alumni - they won't stand for this - this mess will be cleaned up inside of 6 months."

I don't think Zig's methods or motives are suited to making a positive contribution at this point, no matter how correct he may prove to be on any particular issue among the dozens of issues that make up this saga.

Ziegler does not like BH, for reasons I do not understand, but these are two loons with very similar feathers in my view.
Ziggy said yesterday or Friday that kicking BH to the curb would make it much tougher to honor Joe, the presumption being I guess that they are both victims of the "rush to judgment" that convicted the innocent Soapy.
How about we get Frank Fina to be the moderator? He's got nothing going on. Or a three judge panel: Caffrey. Eakin and Fina.
This idea has legs. And it would not be the first time a well organized, large-scale cover-up attempt was foiled by offsight records.

So your theory would be that they hired their TSM Board member buddy's shredding company to come to TSM to shred the documents, but then FORGOT to have them shred the exact copies of those documents which were stored offsite? Seems promising.
Wasn't intending to be snarky. Hey.....if someone can sniff down that trail and find something, I sure as hell am all for it.
I just think that knowing what we know, the idea that these guys left behind dups of the documents they shredded (if indeed any ever existed) is very unlikely.
Agree, that would be a huge oversight. It's more likely there are electronic copies of those important things that some folks just can't bear to part with permanently, such as those documents one might need in mounting a legal defense down the road.
Exactly right.... The entire premise of "knowingly" harboring a pedophile is utterly ridiculous. Signs were missed. Mistakes were made. No doubt. The majority of the righteous think everyone involved had the GJ Presentment 15 years ago.....
It was the precise DUTY of Jack Raykovitz to be alert to those signs, not to miss them, and to do his GD duty in 2001 when he found out about the shower incident. HIS duty was to RUN, not walk to the nearest phone and computer and DOCUMENT the shit out of what he was told, both in writing and on the phone to CYS, WHETHER HE THOUGHT IT WAS TRUE OR NOT.
Child psychologist JR has NO excuse. Heim certainly knows that. Yet Heim counseled him to not even tell the rest of the TSM board. These were not "oversights" or "mistakes." They knew what was coming if they reported and they made a decision not to report.
Nailed it. It's beyond me how Heim didn't get destroyed in the media for admitting he quashed Curleys report yet they crucified Joe for doing exactly as he should have...go future. Smh
One simple way of boiling this down is to take all the things freeh, media, ncaa, OAG said about PSU admins and instead of applying it to the PSU admins, apply it to JR/TSM.
If anything JR/TSM are the ones who failed to report/EWOC/covered up NOT some freaking untrained college admins/football coach who reported the incident outside of PSU to the folks who were mandatory reporters that had direct control over JS's access to kids.
With that in mind it's completely illogical that the OAG charged the PSU admins but didn't charge JR/TSM even though they all testified to essentially the same thing re: 2001 (a PSU GA saw JS taking an inappropriate shower that made him uncomfortable)
The corrupted who have lots of $$$ and lots of skeletons in the closet will always out-maneuver the honest people. Until the honest people catch on. Then they pay the piper. Heim should have stayed quiet.

He's at 955 Toftrees Avenue, in State College (IIRC).
That's no secret. (and the "compound" is kind of hard to miss)
Mike Sullivan owns the shredding company, not Bruce Heim. Of course, Sullivan was on the board of TSM. He also coordinated the Friend Fitness program.
I wasn't trying to be a dick, the details play an important part in all of this.
I didn't spend much time on it but a simple search shows a Bruce Heim having residences in State College and Georgetown, SC. His SC number and address are listed if anyone wants to take him up on his offer.
Georgetown got hit pretty hard by the recent flooding.
