A win by PSU would likely move them above the LSU-UCF loser (assuming a loss would result in a substantial ding for UCF.. an LSU loss would certainly drop them below PSU)… which moves them up from 12 to 11
Any further upward movement would probably have to come from one of two results..... OSU knocking of UW (who would then drop below PSU), or UMich knocking of Florida.
Those are the only two outcomes that could reasonably result in PSU moving up a notch.
