We each get a player image/decal once a nil deal is negotiated with a recruit or renegotiated with an in house player to stick where ever we want.
That should cover admin costs and give the program to enough funds to buy any young Jerry Rice they want.
Oh, but We Are Penn State and we can't for some obtuse and irrational reason. We are gonna wait for the good old reliable trustworthy NCAA to take action. 😂
