He's proved he's not an NFL coach, even to himself. But his success in college is still pretty impressive.

Who grabs him?

What success in College? Head Coach of a program that has tons and tons of money, beating a conference with only one quality team?

Pitt to be their offensive coordinator, of course. That's what they say on the lair. It has to be true.

He'll work for us as an offensive consultant in 2017 while he rehabs his image, a la Sarkesian at Alabama this year.

Does that mean Chip Kelly will be buying shots at the Skeller at 9:00 AM on game days? I'm in.

Kelly has always wanted to coach 1 of the service academies. But I think he does that at the end of his career. He wants a ring first. I believe he waits for a year and see what becomes available after next college season. There will be a bunch of university's looking for a new coach as usual.

They had money at UO long before Chip got there but weren't as successful so he must have been doing something right. Foolish to think that he wasn't successful in college.

If I were Matt Rhule I'd be on the horn to him about an OC job at Baylor...

Not so sure, didn't he avoid some NCAA stuff when he left Oregon ??
I think his show cause penalty has expired.

Personally, I think he is a really good coach but he is lousy as a talent evaluator at a pro level. His greatest failing is that he has zero interpersonal skills with those who he thinks are not mission critical. Sometimes as a leader, you need to engage with those types of people. Chip just has no time for them. Sounds silly, but it really is a big problem.

He did win 10 games with eagles twice....and the Niners talent level is so bad I can't blame any of this year on him...
