Need a rules guru on this rule. Several calls Saturday on Buffalo d-line. I know that aspect of the infraction. There was also a call on Mangiro in the second half on a sweep well beyond LOS. He clearly left his feet but I didn't know that was an infraction beyond the LOS when in this case the LB was not engaged with another PSU blocker. Any clarity on the penalty will be welcomed.
