Play station educated coaches have no basis to criticize elite division one coaches. If someone pays you 4 million dollars or more a year......it is evidence that you make very few mistakes relative to all football coaches in the universe.
Opinions are different.....everyone has them...you know like assholes, and many here have several. We have posters who know more than division one football AND basketball coaches. An incredible gift.

Sorry, being highly compensated doesn’t make you infallible. When Mike Tomlin is losing late in the 4th and doesn’t call a timeout when the other team has the ball on fourth down because he “wanted the offense to have a timeout,” thereby allowing the entire play clock to run down, he isn’t immune to criticism because of his salary.

By your logic, doctors and lawyers can never be sued for malpractice either. Those idiot patients don’t make near as much money or have the same level of education or experience, so just shut up and accept that sponge was supposed to be left inside you.

Imo, every job or profession appears to have a bell curve of expertise. Expertise doesn't equal wisdom. The curve on wisdom is relatively flat with a 89 degree angled up tic o the right edge, a common graph in life.

Highly paid people get there through a variety of methods. Doesn't make them the best, always or wise, just highly paid. Infallibility was achieved once, it won't be repeated.
