Apologies if this has already been posted but just found it interesting that of the 25 kids that signed in Trace’s 2014 class, CJFs first PSU class, 15 guys became starters, 3 guys were roll players that saw the field, 2 guys didn’t play due to injuries and only five guys transferred out (not one of which was a big loss, except maybe Reeder who or or may not have been a starter at LB).
60% of a recruiting class becoming starters has to be something looked at positively (80% graduating)...the only real misses (not injured) were probably Jonathan Thomas and Noah Beh
The 2015 class is shaping up very similar with an estimated 60% becoming starters and only 5 transfers, however there seems to be quite a few more misses (Jenkins, Holland, Cooper and Petrishen)
Thoughts?
