I know james’ policy regarding disclosing injuries in the past unless said player it out for the year. That being said, when your entire season hinges on your senior qb with no viable alternatives, i think the fan base would be extremely appreciative of some insight. Anyone who gives a damn can figure out it was something around his lower right back area by the way he was grabbing it going to the locker room. I dont think being elusive in this scenario is going to change anything. If cliff is able to come back you better believe every opponent is going to test that area if they can get to him. In this situation i think the fanbase would love some transparency and would hope someone pushes for it if he tries to sidestep the question. Our hopes of a big year are virtually down the drain without him so no need to beat around the bush. Just put the issue to rest so we can mentally prepare for what is to come…
