I told my wife that this was above all else a coaching victory. Cael teaches his kids principles that transcend individual style so that you can witness an effort that is consistent across ten different kids in ten different life moments. Tom Ryan appears to be a different coach for each of his kids. Cael teaches principles that each kid can appply to their style and the challenges they face. The difference was extraordinary.
