Great article. I get the feeling the schools who do not follow this trend will be the big winners.

The self-indulgence in today's society is out of control. At one time, if you managed, or had access to, the funds of others, you considered yourself a fiduciary in the strictest sense and you were careful with every dime. That is seldom true today and there are a million excuses for the uncontrolled spending. A million excuses, but only one reason...personal greed. We see it everywhere, in government, business, unions, sports, education....and Penn State is no exception. It makes me sick.
