Start now!

First half of the season is over and there are 9 power 5 teams that are unbeaten and 15 teams with one loss. They are:

ACC - Clemson, Miami, NC St, Va Tech, UVA, GTech.
Big 12 - TCU, Oklahoma, OK State, Tex Tech
B1G - PSU, Wisconsin, O$U, Michigan, MSU
PAC 12 - Wash St, Washington, USC, Utah
SEC - Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, Kentucky
Ind - Notre Dame

Final Four teams will come from this group. The unbeatens control their own fate! Over the next seven weeks, teams will play each other in elimination games or upsets will occur. Only difference is there are no brackets.

Enjoy!

I think we need to win out to get in. One thing for sure Auburn and UGA still play each other and so does Alabama and Auburn. It is likely that Alabama and UGA play each other in SEC title game...so I think at least 2 of those teams will end up with two losses. Auburn has one....lose one more and they are out. I honestly think Auburn loses to both UGA and Alabama. There is no way UK is not losing another 2 games...they still play Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Louisville and Georgia.

UVA and VA Tech still play each other as well.

If I had to bet, I think the playoffs will be Alabama and Clemson as locks...and then probably 2 other teams from either Big ten, Big and Pac 12

Eight of the nine unbeatens are heading for either late season match ups or potential conference championship games.

There were 9 undefeated teams at this time last year too....pretty much everyone will lose again this year. Just win the conference.
