If you are coming across 70 there is construction in WVa where 470 meets 70 and at the PA border. The PA border one gets backed up at times.

Stayed there last Thursday. Grab breakfast at Tom & Joe’s. For lunch stop at Texas Hot Dogs, the home of the first Texas Hot Dog/Weiner. Then stock up on Mallow Cups at the Boyer Candy Factory. Classic Altoona.

Yes we will come across 70 into PA thru WVA, get on PA Turnpike @ New Stanton, exit turnpike @ Somerset, then 219 to 22 onto I-99 (Altoona). Not gonna pay exorbitant turnpike fee from New Stanton to Bedford/Altoona exit. Leisurely drive on Friday. Thanks for heads up.
