Made preparations for my two oldest grandkids for the Rose Bowl on January 1st. Unfortunately, now that we are playing on Dec. 28, my oldest is having an engagement party thanks to the gals, on Dec. 28th. WOW, .......at what time of the day should i become inebriated?....woman?..?
Game is at noon. Hopefully for you the party will be in the late afternoon or evening.

We’re still considering it. Flights out on Saturday night or Sunday are pretty steep. That’s the issue for us right now.
Trying to determine if we want to stay at the team hotel or closer to AT&T. I saw they’re doing a party at Texas Live Friday night and that’s by the Stadium. With an early kick, it might be better to stay close to the stadium.
I know the North Texas Alum Assoc is planning events but I didn’t see anything posted yet.

At present, we are booked at the Wingate by Wyndham in Arlington—a few miles from AT&T Stadium. We get in on 26th. How about you?

Extended Outlook for tailgaters: High of 62 with 40% chance of showers......hopefully the rain part changes. Low is 45 which means most of the tailgate will be in the 50's so go away rain.

So bummed I'll miss it. Of all the times they finally play a game close to my home I'll be out of state for the Christmas holidays.

I just had to turn down 2 free tickets to the Cotton Bowl luncheon next Friday at the Anatole Hotel... My oldest brother has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and my niece also has been hospitalized with a rare life-threatening viral infection...
