Cyber Monday Question

Joined Rivals on Cyber Monday, but have not been able to access the Penn State store to get Lion’s gear. Sent an e-mail to Rivals who said they’d respond by e-mail as to what to do. Have not heard from them. Will this offer be honored? Recently I had to travel from northeast PA to southwest Ohio for a family funeral. Now I’m in South Dakota for a wedding so it’s taken me some time to know what step to take next. Please respond. Thanks.
