Three straight days of heavy rain Glov. It was miserable. Finally stopped Monday night - for the time being anyhow.
They got 9.75 inches of rain in Mount Joy in three hours about a week ago. 283 was closed between Mt. Joy and Elizabethtown and Route 30 was closed from East York to Wrightsville.
The ground is saturated. I hope this hurricane does not turn right after coming ashore in N. Carolina. If it does we could have real problems.
Yeah, worried about that (have family members and friends that live in that area)here in MD we are +15 inches for the year... still raining and we are targeted to get 5+ from Flo... as bad as it has been here, Wilmington, NC will unrecognizable in a few days.

Weather Channel just forecast 24+ inches of rain and 12-foot storm surge for Wilmington. Yikes.
