Disappointed ESPN hasn't been broadcasting the CFP games on their 4K channel

I have YoutubeTV and keep that 4K channel in my guide. When nothing is being broadcast, it doesn't show up. There have been several occasions when their normal HD station has been sketchy as well.

Is this the same for those of you who have other providers?

I believe that I read that the championship game will be broadcast and available on Comcast in 4K

I was looking for a link to confirm but did not quickly find one.....

Directv has only 5 4k channels, and because we have old receivers, I can't even tell you what's on those channels right now. Reminds me of when HD was new.

The College Football Playoff National Championship Game will be broadcast in 4K resolution on ESPN1. It will also be available to stream on Sling TV, Fubo, DIRECTV STREAM, Hulu + Live, and YouTube TV2. Select TV providers, including Comcast, DIRECTV, Dish Network, and Verizon, will offer the game in 4K on special 4K channels3.
