Going to be like cockroaches scattering when the lights click on.... Going to be interesting if anyone has soccer ball size testicles to demand she call off the investigation. Will be interesting if anyone pushes to block it in the courts if she has the right to launch this investigation with her license suspended.... That person/group then takes on the chance of looking guilty and having something to hide... I just put a giant size helping of pop corn in the popper and going to sit back and watch it all unfold...
it would have been better if she appointed Louie Freeh, at least she would know the outcome!

I'd bet money that Fina is going to end up with charges against him for theft of service, child porn, etc. (or possibly even leaking GJ information) after this investigation is all said and done.
The special prosecutor said that if they find emails where OAG folks were leaking GJ info they would pursue charges.
The big difference (and correct me if I'm wrong) between this investigation and Moulton's is that this investigation has subpoena powers and the ability to convene GJ's.

They will exhaust any means.......hell, this is exactly why they've been running their kangaroo court in the PA Senate.
What happened was after Corbett was sworn in as Gov in early 2011 the interim AG (I think his last name was Ryan) before Linda Kelly was appointed, changed the OAG email retention policy from 5 years to 6 months (nothing to see here PA media!!). Most believe this was done in effort to hide the porn emails and God knows what else Corbett, Fina, and their cronies were emailing each other about.
However during Moulton's investigation the OAG was able to figure out a way to recover the deleted emails. Thus porn gate was born. I'm sure there are also some emails in there re: JS, GJ leaks, and also the OG BOT/freeh.
True, but another court ruling also said state employees could erase their emails at will for no reason other than they wanted to.

Was a climber. He lost the Dem primary for Governor of Maryland. Maybe this is his way of trying to stay relevant.

He's not done yet in MD politics by any means. As a Marylander, if this gives him a public platform that revives his ambitions, I'll deal with that later to get sunshine.
