Too bad sending the emails is not a crime. The one judge did not even send anything. He received a few emails on a PRIVATE yahoo account. Have you seen the emails? Pretty mild stuff. Nothing illegal so far. One is a pic of protestors with caption. Another is a pic of Hooters waitresses.
Kane is in over her head. She has been caught lying so many times. She admitted leaking the info but said it was not illegal. She then backtracked and said she did not leak the info. She then tried to divert attention to other politicians who she claimed sent child porn. She then backtracked on the child porn and said it was just porn. There is nothing illegal about sending dirty jokes. She has nothing but she is still going down for breaking the law on her end.

Zwick, what some legal pundits are suggesting is that the crime is theft of services, not the sending or viewing of questionable e-mails per se. Some of the charges in Bonusgate were for theft of services under the theory that the defendants were being paid with taxpayer money while actually performing political work. Same argument holds true here, they were doing this nonsense on taxpayer time. Not saying they will be charged with anything but at the very least they have to be concerned right now.
I agree with you that Kane is in over her head but in this instance she may have done something very smart. By naming the special prosecutor in theory she is removed from the situation so her biases are not relevant.
Yet Kane did nothing as the AG. Why is that? Funny how she sat on all that filth and did nothing until she was charged with an unrelated crime. Are you admitting that Kane let child molesters continue to abuse children?
I have not heard anyone making that point. If they were arguing theft of services then ANYONE who ever sent a personal email on the taxpayer's computers would be included. It is really a weak case. You can't control what someone emails you. YOu can only control what emails you send. The one judge did not even send emails. He received them. If he forwards them to Kane does that make her guilty of porn or theft of service(your point)?
I don't disagree with some of your points. But the argument was made today in one of the Philly papers. They focused on the Bill DeWeese case and theft of services was one of the charges against him. If Fina and others culpability is limited to a handful of emails of course they will not have a problem. Just as if DeWeese sent a few campaign related emails I doubt he would be charged. If it is widespread, it becomes more questionable.

As others have pointed out you're completely missing the point. The special prosecutor isn't looking at only Eakin, he's looking at EVERYONE involved. Some of the people involved, namely Fina, received and SENT the racist misogynistic emails. These emails were sent during working hours on state computers.
If these porn dogs were only sending a handful of emails I'm sure the theft of services wouldn't be easy to prove but since there were tens of thousands of emails, then yes theft of services could very well come into play.
Fina is certainly done politically and he may very well also see some charges coming his way (theft of services, conspiracy, child porn, etc.)
Her being charged was directly related to porn gate. The very people who set up the GJ to investigate Kane where either porn dogs themselves or connected to the porn dogs politically. They were trying to silence and discredit her with the charges so she would have a harder time exposing them. Apparently their plan worked on you.

The point you don't get is that is a two way street and it is Kane who has been charged NOT Fina. Kane has been charged and her only defense is Fina is a porny racist.
If Kane goes to prison for 5000 years it does not affect me at all. If Fina gets fired I win. If Eakin resigns I win. If ANY criminal charges get filed against any of the hundreds of losers in PA state gov who did this I win and YOU lose.

Another flawed argument. I could say Kane is trying to discredit all the people that charged her. The flaw is the DA who actually charged her has nothing to do with porn. Kane also blamed the good ole boys network but the DA who charged her is a woman.
Kane is a poor victim. Risa Vetri Furman, Ed Rendell, Tom Wolf, Dems, women, and children are all out to get her.

Too bad for your argument that Kane started releasing the porn emails (minus Fina's attachment/involvement with them due to the protection order his judge buddy in Montgomery County issued) BEFORE she was indicted. Months before actually. In fact there were several high ranking folks who resigned due to Kane's initial release of some of the porn dog emails WELL BEFORE she was charged by the corrupt Mont. County DA.
At first Fina and his cronies tried to use their corrupt friends in the philly rags to smear Kane and her goal of exposing the porn dog old boy club but then he realized that wasn't going to work and he needed to bring out the big guns -- hence the Montgomery County GJ "investigation" and charges from the REPUBLICAN DA who just so happened to be up for re-election. You can do the political math. It's not that complicated to see how things played out. Fina has a lot of corrupt friends in Mont. County.
Please do tell me, if the charges against Kane are legit then why aren't Fina et. al. clamoring for a formal impeachment process where evidence is presented and rules of due process/court are followed? Instead they are trying to use the corrupt supreme court judge's (one of whom was directly implicated in porngate) decision to suspend her license in-conjunction with an obscure PA law that hasn't been used for 150 years to remove her WITHOUT due process, the charges against her being proven in court, etc.
How convenient. If you want a duly elected official removed, get a corrupt GJ process to indict them, then call for them to resign or be removed all without formal due process or having any of the charges actually proven in a court of law. That sounds like a great system that couldn't possibly get abused huh??

If she's proven guilty then by all means impeach her, but calling for her to be removed before anything has been proven in a court of law would set a dangerous precedent.
Actually the best interest of the state is that she get removed from office by election, which would be the will of the people who put her in office, and that everyone last one of the individuals involved in porngate be exposed for exactly what they sent and received and let the chips fall where they may.

I remind you that none of the allegations against Kane have been proven in a court of law and that Kane was charged several months if not a YEAR after she initially broke the porngate case (shortly after Moulton's investigation finished), and that sending emails isn't a crime but sending tens of thousands of porn emails on state computers during working hours is theft of service (the very crime hypocrite Fina put folks in jail for during bonusgate/computergate), which completely blows your argument out of the water.........and you counter with "Kane committed a crime..." and the rest of your b.s. drivel.
