Overall, there are some things to like on offense for the Eagles. The dumb penalties have to get fixed.

The team is about 20% through a rebuild. That duration largely depends on how Hurts develops. If they can build with him, then they can use their picks next year on D. That could improve them in a hurry.
If this season continues to go sideways, then how can Lurie allow Howie to make three first round picks next draft?
The book is out on him. His drafts largely stink.
