A fond memory as a kid in the late ‘70s was the basic Nerf Football that was available in myriad colors. Green, blue, red, orange, white, purple, etc. Just a solid color with dimples and “laces”. Nothing fancy. Every kid in my neighborhood had one.

I don’t think you can get such a basic Nerf Football now. It went away years ago. Nerf Footballs became all fancy and sophisticated. I miss the basic football of my youth.
