Many debate wether we have talent and experience issues or just bad coaching. This is especially true on the OL with Herb Hand. It might seem like a small thing but it does not rely on talent and is pure coaching to come out of your stance when DL comes early and draw the offsides penalty. It is a free 5 yds and really kept us in that game yesterday. That was great coaching imho.
