Can't the 3 get the "Ohio State Deferment" and delay any punishment until next year?

Couldn't Clemson simply claim the UNC rule and say ALL college students have the ability to take drugs, so therefore it's perfectly fine.

These stories invariably come with the identical sets of denials and excuses. Dopers suck.
