-Diplomatic Security Officer Gregory Starr wrote Assistant Director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division Bill Priestap that 22 emails from Hilary’s server contained 22 emails labeled as Top Secret along with another 22 emails containing Secret information. Also Starr found another 1,300 emails containing “Confidential,” information. Starr was ready to take appropriate administrative action back in February 2016 had there not been a parallel criminal investigation (that went nowhere) underway. He promises to preserve the emails in question, and expresses concern towards the FBI or DOJ sending any of the emails to congress if the recipients don’t have the proper clearances.
