FC: CSS Failure To Report charge thrown out by judge

As a human being, I find your willful "obtusivity" morally appalling
We have a guy(?) here apparently claiming that CSSP all knew that Sandusky was a pedophile and weren't going to do anything about it because bad publicity or something.
He also claims that several layers of law enforcement-- UPPD, SCPD, PSP, all the way up to PA OAG knew that as well, but they weren't going to arrest Sandusky. Instead, they knew that Sandusky would act on his sickness again, at which time they would set a trap to catch..... CSSP, who were their main targets all along.
This is what I'm getting from stuffed dodo's mega-rants. Also, that he possesses some knowledge that will bring down the whole house of cards when the state begs him to be the surprise witness at the CSS trial. Oh, and because he's the "star witness" for the prosecution, he can't reveal his true identity until March 20.
Wouldn't you think the prosecution would at the very least tell their "star witness" to keep a low profile? In other words STFU and stay away from internet forums blabbing in pseudo-cryptic terms about what you (claim to) know.
But I'm waiting with bated breath for this great reveal. Is it going to be solved like a puzzle on Wheel of Fortune, where we get to ask for consonants and buy vowels hoping to spell out your name? Will you get the President to introduce you like he did with his Supreme Court nominee? Are you going to do your first national interview with Sara Ganim? I hope, I hope, I hope!
As someone whose mother had breast cancer, I would think you'd be more offended at seeing her illness be treated as a cheap joke by a bunch of horned up public servants guffawing at the words "hooters" and "tatas."

Well, it is clear that the University Police knew, because they wanted to press charges in 1998. As for the OAG or PSP, no one that I have seen has ever claimed that.
I never said that I was a witness, star or otherwise. If called, I will testify truthfully. I chose to reveal my identity at this point,

In regards to University police wanting to charge JS regarding the '98 incident. Is that what the evidence from '98 says or is that what they said in 2011-2012?

McCue has a problem with Joe Paterno. I think I've gone out of my way to say that I hope Paterno was not involved. McCue graduated in the 1960's and I indicated that I was at University Park after he left (1982).

As for the Beemer (and Shapiro), they were intellectually dishonest with respect to the investigation. Seems members of the Montgomery County Office of the DA were copied on some of those emails. Politics as usual at the expense of the taxpayers.
She died prior to my attendance at Penn State.
The entire e-mail matter is irrelevant. Some of the things were clearly not pornography or off color jokes. Some were sent and never opened. None of them were illegal. It is up to the Montgomery County DA, Steele, or Furman before him, to discipline the staff.
I am aware that most state agencies do permit a certain amount of private use. It would be a question of it being excessive. That, however, is a question for each department/agency in question, not the AG (unless it is in the OAG, of course).

If there was any credible evidence other than the likely doctored and out of sequence emails, Tommy Boy would have unleashed the info in desperation to save his governorship. Instead, he was reduced to humiliating defeat and the admission that JVP should not have been fired. Simply put, other than JS the criminals in this case have been employed by The Commonwealth.

Also, how long did it take for the allegations that Paterno knew in the 70's and 80's to come out?
