Wow. Lied to - wanted to talk to Franklin but couldn't get an audience. He has since apologized. I was not a college athlete but the last thing I would have wanted is my parents trying to talk to my professors about whether I got the grade I felt I deserved or not. And certainly even in high school I sure wouldn't have wanted my parents complaining about playing time. I wish him luck at Oklahoma - but now he's playing with the big boys. A roster full of top recruits, not depleted by sanctions. We'll see what happens if he doesn't start for them. Maybe he should have called Justin Brown.
