Last year it was announced that a replacement for McCoy would be included in Phase I. Preliminary design would put it in the top 10, maybe even top 5 facilities in the country. Cost is going to be significant. Is it justified? Not likely unless Barbour can find a donor to foot most of it. Haven't heard squat in over a year.

McCorkle, while a fine facility, doesn't qualify as "world class." It has never hosted any nationals and only one NCAA championship.Don't know how much the McCorkle's contributed to its cost.

Don't be haters...their football program is bringing in tons of money to the school and state. It is actually improving the quality of students who want to go there as well...out of state students. I have a friend in Northern VA whose daughters starts their this year. I got no problem with what they are doing. They have a beautiful campus and nice stadium.
