Fc PSU v OSU lacrosse tonight @7 pm on the B1G

We were at Bill Pickles this afternoon for lunch and there were a bunch of LAX parents there. I was talking to a few of the dads and pointed out the OSU couple in the back. They said they sent them a beer and thought it was nice hospitality. Also told them any time we beat O$U it is a great day.
Hope they finish strong ... 10-7 in the 4th.

Game 13-8. 4 in a row against the Bucks
I feel the opposite of outrage when we beat Ahia State. Something akin to contentment I suppose.
That game wasn't as close as the score indicated. Considering that OSU was ranked 7th, it was a very impressive win by the Lions. Although nothing is guaranteed in the NCAA lax playoffs, Penn State will have as good a chance as anyone at winning a championship this year.
Long way until that but we have several things lining up really well for the program if we continue to play well.
1. B1G championship is at Rutgers. NJ (as well as the philly and LI area) are rich with talent. If we do well there we can develop some more interest with younger fans.
2. We will most likely have a home game for round 1. This is big for developing local talent and interest.
3. Second round is either in CT or LI, again huge recruiting footprint. If we are at Hofstra, that’s Tambroni country and he can really solidify his LI influence.
4. Championship weekend is in Philly. Goes without saying, but between our fans showing up to games, and the young players who attend that really can help establish the program as a legit contender for years to come.
Don’t want to put the cart before the horse here, but the stars are aligning this season.
