UCONN just lost to Northeastern. They are now 0-2 after losing to Wagner over the weekend.
Albany got crushed by Cinci by more than 20 points. That does not give us any confidence.
Well they kept it right on the road at a ranked opponent (that's big in MBB). NCCU is keeping it right at tOSU at half. The moral of the story is do not read too much into early MBB season. Especially when starting 4 brand new players.
3 freshmen playing their first game in college and starting. It's going to take some time for it to come together. I saw a ton of improvement against Duquesne.
Im looking forward to watching Mike Watkins block shots. I just have the impression already that fouls are going to be an issue, which doesn't surprise me. It's always been that way. The officiating against PSU has been absolutely atrocious during the Chambers era.
Watched a good part of the Albany game. We are very athletic but still miss a lot of close in shots. We also throw up a ton of bricks. I expect this team will win a few they shouldn't and loose a few they shouldn't. They are missing Reaves big time. He's got some special skills. Watkins is a player. They will get better as the year goes on.
