Only skimmed over the first few so far, but the first looks like he admits he did something wrong (without explicitly stating what it was).

And what's with his 'knife at work is actually OK' fascination? Every workplace I know has a zero tolerance policy on weapons or anything else that could be considered one.

Second paragraph of very first e-mail: "As to the opportunity to continue working as Senior Judge, that would of been nice..." What a moron Barry is! It would HAVE been nice Barry! Would've is a contraction for "WOULD HAVE"." "Would of" is what morons write in e-mails, tweets and message board posts. Sheesh, what a knob polisher!
