That pace was electric in Vito-Nahshon. Wish they would’ve slowed down and rode and ankle.
That match needed a riding time clock.
Nick and Yianni up now. Let's see if Yianni wants to try this time. Nick with a nice slide and almost picks the ankle. Still on their feet. Lee with a snap to a deep single, Yianni goes to his butt and elevates. Yianni gets 2 for exposure, but the official called 2 for Lee. Officials are reviewing to see whose points they should be. They're calling 2 and 2, with Yianni's coming 2nd, so 2-2 Yianni on criteria. Great action with a minute left, lots of shots and reshots, Lee to a front Headlock, but no score. Yianni warned for passivity with about 0:30 left in the first. Lee in deep on a single, Yianni hits the splits and holds him off long enough for time to expire. 2-2 Yianni at the break.
2nd period starts with good action. Yianni in on a shot and gets a pushout. 3-2 Yianni. Lee with a drag by off of Yianni's shot, goes behind for 2! 4-3 Lee. 1:30 left. Lee with an underhook on the edge, they go out of bounds. Yianni was grounded but they called caution and 1, 5-3 Nick. They start par Terre. Nick gets a turn and Yianni reverses, 7-4 Nick with 0:30. Yianni out the back, gets a takedown. Lee almost reverses but doesn't get it. 7-6. That's how it ends! 7-6 Nick Lee!

Personally, I like this to determine the passivity clock. Obvious criteria instead of subjective ref interference.

Zain Train up next! Berger may still be trying to collect heads, but I don't see this one going well for him. Then again, Berger in on a shot and takes and early 2-0 lead. Zain holding center. Berger hopping around the edge. Zain in on a single, drags him back in, and finishes to take a 2-2 lead. 1:30 left. Berger warned for passivity. Zain with heavy handfighting. Berger with a shot, Zain counters with a drag, changes directions, and gets behind for 2. 4-2 Zain. That's how the 1st ends.

Zain counters a Berger shot with a hard Russian tie, they're on the edge of the mat, but Zain drops to the legs and finishes to go up 8-2. Zain in on a deep single, lifts, and walks Berger OOB to go up 9-2. Zain with a blast double, Berger tries to chest wrap, but Zain is given 4 for the 13-2 tech. Berger's coaches challenge. Challenge won, and it's only 2. 11-2. Berger with a shot off the whistle straight into Zain's face. Busts open Zain's eyebrow. Looked kinda cheap, but I'd imagine Berger will get what's coming to him. Looks like it'll probably need a couple stitches, but they wrap Zain up and he'll finish out the match. Finishes 11-2 after a scrappy restart. Zain's pissed, and match 2 is going to be FUN!

If you ground yourself in the center, they instruct you up. Why wouldn’t that be the same on the edge? It’s negative wrestling. Call it.

I’m not positive but I think Zain might have been ever so slightly put off by the head butt.
Zain likes wrestling tough until people wrestle tough back then he tantrums. Miss Pico big brothering him tbh
Indisputable intentional headbutt by Berger. Didn't realize he was a dirty wrestler like that. Hope it was a momentary lapse of judgment and not his character.
