Blaming everyone for failing here if fine and fun, but these serial pedophiles don't wear signs. Did people mess up? Sure they did on so many different levels. Think outside the box for a minute, drop Jerry and PSU from your mind. Are there not times in your life where you had an idea something may not be right, but it was an event much later on that confirmed it. I'm not defending any state agency or person nor would I want to be in their shoes because people like Jerry do exist. They are master manipulators and do ruin innocent peoples lives with their sickness. Blaming them because PSU got hurt is kind of childish IMO. Jerry did this to kids, not them. If he doesn't win his latest appeal, he may try again, but I'm not shedding a tear over him. But that's not the point of a retrial. I understand what you are saying but it's a bit of a mockery of our judicial system.
