he cannot be best buddies with his coaches and has to be a lot tougher on the players. That is the bottom line....If you are playing for a Head Coach that demands excellence we would not have all the mistakes and lack of execution....The Mr. Nice guy with his coaches and players will NEVER work or we will never win a Championship !!!! Joe has very hard on his asst. Coaches as we all know and our players were very disciplined for that reason....You can not go on vacations with the people who work under you...It just does not work if you want to win a National Championship....We can make the excuse our players are young but there are plenty of freshman in the country that make big time plays every week.... It simply comes down to one thing...Franklin must separate himself and be much harder on his Coaches as well as the players and we will see a great team....
Franklin will never win a big game being Mr. Nice guy. I have said for 2 years now
