FLO will refund every dollar I paid for their sh-- incompetency in being unprepared for such a huge event. This in UNTHINKABLE and a huge black scar on FLO.

Also... when signing up for FLOPro, I was only given a year option without the option to change to a monthly plan. WTF... is going on with FLO? Get your sh-- together.

Let them know, it's not only about the money! It's not that you are over-charging, it's that you are over-charging for manure.

Here's how I respond to that. "hey stupid!, when I buy a $6 coffee there is a human being standing in front of me to complain to if I am unsatisfied with my purchase. you hide behind a website with absolutely zero customer service.
