Frigging Flo is down

I actually get the coffee

Edit, Truth be told I pay for entire year and have been very happy...really I get to see periodical things I may enjoy but events like this and Dapper Dan are the reason I am willing to dish out the entire year of money.......I am very loyal and always have been but this has shaked me to my core...I saw NOTHING of the biggest event I paid for and I am supposed to suck it up?? If flo is losing me they got issues...I hope they come back from this apologize and make a small compensation with explanation as to how it happened and hopefully will not happen again

Just wrote FLO and it's contact via e-mail customer service demanding a full refund immediately. That was a colossal fail on their part. The SUPER BOWL of College Wrestling and you're unprepared for increased traffic on your server. Inexcusable.
 
Notice that Pyles, Willie and Bader have a combined total of zero tweets since the beginning of the biggest dual of the year.

They're were going to stream their comments... but it seems Willie, Christian and Bader kept getting a Server 500 Error Message. Hmmmm... o_O

LP, I agree, $6 for a coffee is a ridiculous luxury. $20/mo (or $30/event) for exclusive coverage that can't be delivered is fraud. They HAD to know that they couldn't deliver. This isn't their first rodeo. flo has been doing this for years now, preaching to us how they've been promoting and growing the sport for all of us. Please please please someone out there, like Dana White, take control of the exposure of our sport. We are being grossly misrepresented.

Their tireless self promotion lead to that gigantic egg. What a piss stain in the singlet for their technical team. Do they even have a technical team to deal with such issues? They kept saying they were fixing the issue and NO FIX came. That was the p-ss on you in the eye from FLO. You knew they weren't prepared for this.

At $30 a pop... you'd think that Flo was prepared technically for the hit to it's servers. That rhetorical question was miserably answered with absolutely NO FEED FOR THE ENTIRE MATCH. What a bunch of asshats!!!

Self indulging to the point of missing the most important part of the match.... the feed of the actual event. Who the f--- was at the helm? At the band width controls before the event was streamed or I mean not streamed? WTF was FLO doing, were they prepared for this possibility of band width overload? Don't answer... it was a rhetorical question.

Gee free Virginia Tech match works perfectly. Flo blew it again. I only blame myself for trusting them. I knew better.
 
Ok, Full disclosure not the greatest computer savy guy....but i am trying to go to Flo Home page and scroll down to the bottom to find the E-mail question/comlpaints...am I the only one finding it difficult to find it?? I scroll down forever and never get to the bottom dare I say shady..and I was such a huge supporter...I hope I am wrong and just being an idiot. I really want to think it is my fault and not shady business practice

I have an annual flo subscription already. They do a lot of good for the sport.

However, they made a colossal failure tonight and owe all wrestling fans either a free month or a full refund. It was completely unacceptable.

I too have been a fan of Flo in the past, while other have had problems. After what happened today, I've asked Flo to cancelled my subscription and asked they refund the unused remainder of my subscription. Should they fail to do so, I will file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. I, in good faith, handed over my hard earned money for a promised service. Flo failed to provide that service. At the very least they should refund the balance of my subscription. Should you feel the same, here is the link to file a complaint with the Texas AG:

I'm going to wait for their response before I cancel, may end up getting something worthwhile. If not, then I will too.
 
Just curious if anyone anywhere actually got the entire match. I paid and got nothing. For the last 10 years every time someone blames flo , you get the reply it's all your own fault , your computer sucks you don't know what your doing. Funny the Saturday match was perfect, now on Sunday I can't figure out how to click the flow button. Give me the Flo phone number. Never ever again. Last straw.

Why did both announcers refer to Oklahoma State as "we", on 2 different occasions? Just a slip up I suppose.

I got the preshow, 125 through the break, and HWT. I was able to catch 165 thru 197 on Facebook live, shoutout to Zuckerberg.

i got the whole thing... a few 'delays' but only for a few seconds. The problem could be a lot of different things.. a lot of network hops to your computer... However, with the majority of folks complaining, certainly seemed like they were overwhelmed and should have set up a few more servers, strategically, to balance their workload.
 
I have to love the flo responce. The bandwidth websites are showing I have over 25 mbps. Every download and streaming service I use works perfectly. But come wrestling season if I try flowrestling out for a month, my new modem router and laptop is a total piece of crap and I can't figure out how to click the flo button.
 
Look at flo on facebook tonight. They put up a post showing the things coming up you will get to watch this cominy month. Totally deflecting off how bad they crapped the bed today. Read the responses... wow. Bad day for Flo!
 
To be fair, I remember volume crashing WatchESPNs servers during the 1st CFP. However, I believe it was free then. I know that they now have free coverage with their coaches show and "homercasts".
 
According to flo I am the only person who signed up and is to dumb to work the web site. If you had issue's it is because you need flo training. You need 10 devices and need to constantly clink on them. Plus you need to check multiple web sites to see what clicks to make. If you still don't get the match you paid for you are a dumb. Wouldn't be a big deal but this has been going on for at least 5 years.

Sorry guys I forgot to add the GOPSU audio was great. I can remember in years past you couldn't get that at all. I really appreciate it. Too bad flo was the way the always are.

It's past 12:45am and only now have I been able to see all 10 matches.

To be fair, I will say this - in my opinion, Christian Pyles is excellent as lead announcer. He's solid. I could listen to him announce any match, any time - as long as FLO upgrades their Commodore 64 servers.

Agree 100%! Flo doesn't suffer for knowledge or love of the sport, but clearly they lack the techincal resources.
 
How does 2 months work when you have a year subscription? Do they discount annual payment by 2 months ($25)?

Not sure, but I'm guessing you would get an additional 2 months before your subscription expires.

After reading this thread, I am thankful that I did not pay Flo to see this event. The bump up to $30 just seemed like a money-grab and put me off.
