I thought the price tag on the building was $88 million and Pegula donated $102 million (which included scholarship endowments too). So the total price tag to start up hockey was greater that $102 million, but the building was less than Pegula’s donation. Do the accounting how you want.

He originally gave 88 million and added 14 million on opening day.
I'm positive that I've read articles that mentioned other donors.

You are correct. There were other donors. I said the total start up was more than Pegula’s donation. But the cost of the building alone was less than his donation. Scholarship endowments for both teams combined come to $18 million. They were trying to have endowments for all expenses — equipment, etc. So they found other significant donors.
