Well, new record today, most points scored in a B1G game. Not to pat myself on the back but... okay, I'm patting myself on the back, I called it 64-10. Wasn't perfect but felt it was possible to eclipse the record of 63.
On the serious side, a couple of observations which may mean something or absolutely nothing, I'll let you decide.
1. Irv Charles played... so is he still leaving the program?
2. They moved Dai'lun Derian to LB, does that support Bowen leaving the program?
3. NO Jarvis miller, hmm.
4. Andre Robinson did not see the field (again), what does that mean?
5. Antonio Shelton did not play- injury?
6. Menet was in at guard in the 2nd quarter, is he moving up the depth chart and does he have the inside track to start at RG in '18?
7. Sterling Jenkins did not play.
8. Alex Gellerstedt made an appearance in the 4th quarter, looks like he's still progressing and is part of the potential future plans.
9. Cam Brown played a lot and played well, that's good for the future.
10. Mark Allen was the 3rd back to see the field, maybe he's not a graduate transfer?
Not sure anything from today's game means anything but interesting to consider none-the-less.
and oh, btw, I broke my even number of beers superstition late in the 4th quarter, felt like it was safe and I was thirsty.
