Football GAME THREAD: Penn State vs. Michigan State

Well, it is pretty much how they call it. But I do hate how they call it.

No, not how they call it. The ball has to be catchable for PI. The ball was not remotely catchable and the minor contact was completely incidental to that as the MSU receiver slowed down into Porter. Horrible call as the ball was not catchable by the receiver and the minor contact had nothing whatsoever to do with the ball being uncatchable.

Maybe. There are just sooo many ticky tack calls on PI..

Michigan State was not even stacking the line on that 4th and 1. They were more concerned with the pass than the run.

If you have not been able to depend on the run all season long, why do you try a desperation play on 4th down? Kick for the points it or pass it.

And Brandon Smith puts his head down and misses that tackle to get the defense off the field.

Penn State gets a 3rd down stop.
Point of clarification - dude for MSU was open but dropped the pass. Yeah, that counts though, right?

Can someone tell this ****ing offensive “genius” that a QB sneak works the majority of the time?

We find ourselves in the usual position of watching a competitive game slip away in the 4th quarter...

But that's our Franky!!!!
