Over the past year or so, it seems like there have been a lot of mixed signals about Taylor. Obviously, I know he was moved to safety, and has nice size for safety. I also understand a while back he had a bit of a minor injury.
But what is actually up with Taylor overall, and his game? He came in as this highly ranked corner, which I know does not always translate to a great player. I swear about a year ago at this time, I heard he was becoming one of the best press cover corners. Than he hardly played this year. Now he was moved to Safety, out of necessity and recruiting an abundance of CBs.
Regardless of need, what would be his better position CB or Safety. With Reid now out, why not try him back at corner. He has great size and length that is hard to get at corner. Or is he not good in coverage, although I know last year I heard he was. A lot of mixed signals.
