Gibson Bros on the move?

I'm all for gap years. Many working class young people these days believe they'll have work until they retire at 70. The gap year is no longer only for the rich.
I am all for gap years as well, but would argue that spending it in a wrestling room is not the best option for many kids long term. If you're travelling the world and training/competing, or holding down a job, that's one thing. You're getting an education just from exposure to other cultures and the responsibility that comes from having to adjust to unfamiliar norms. But, I'd wager that 50%+ of this generation's hold-backs and grey shirts will flame before seeing a D1 match from inside the circle. There are just too many of them now.

So it’s basically a gap year - like rich boys who prepped at Eton
Gap year.

Not sure but someone told me once, the grey shirt was named after Mike Grey. Is this true or made up. Since the Ivy League schools don’t offer red shirts, this was a way around that.

Who doesn't like diapers???
Probably a closet Ohio fan( only because we've been cranking on them lately)

Thinking of Gibson or at least that projected weight class.

I hear zero chatter here about P. Manville. What's the scuttlebutt on his recruitment, short list, .... While I am at it, how about Cunningham's boy?

I think they’d take Pierson if he wanted to come, but I don’t believe they’re actively recruiting him super hard at the moment. And neither Asher nor Hayden are scholarship level kids for PSU right now. Though the former is just a sophomore this year.

I wouldn't spend any time or energy thinking about Manville. That family has other priorities in life. Mason choosing PSU for IST + ROTC and training Greco while on campus, with an occasional varsity appearance. Carson attending Penn Tech and not bothering with wrestling there.

Besides, if Pierson does choose to wrestle, he'd likely be in the same weight range as Haines, Facundo, Kasak, and Sealey.

I didnt think Mason had much chance of becoming a PSU starter but I can see him in our lineup far more than Eric.
