It’s pretty simple, if Cliff is healthy, we have a shot to beat anyone. If not, we probably beat Illinois, Rutgers and Maryland, and get curb stomped by Michigan, OSU and MSU…capping maybe the most disappointing “what if” 8-4 season in PSU history.
