My goodness that is a lot of orange. I am looking forward to repaying the favor next year.
I mentioned in the other thread, it's a shame that our ushers wear orange.Hope so, on the Auburn side, it looks like 30-40 percent. Hope we are still undefeated and get to do a second whiteout for Michigan
The reason our ushers wear orange is the same reason that the pockets of Auburn fans stick out and is the same reason hunters wear it. Orange is a high visibility color.I mentioned in the other thread, it's a shame that our ushers wear orange.

They wore yellow in 2019 (Michigan White Out). Can't quickly find a photo, but I believe they wore red vests prior to that. The reason our ushers wear orange is the same reason that the pockets of Auburn fans stick out and is the same reason hunters wear it. Orange is a high visibility color.

I’m rewatching the game…much of what looks like orange from above is actually arms and legs from the fans wearing short sleeves and short pants.I don't think it's as bad as it looks from the seemingly red-tinted overhead stadium view, especially when you look at the mega-pixel shot in another thread.

No question something is funky with the orange tint throughout the entire stadium in that overhead shot. It does make it look like there are Auburn fans in practically every 3rd seat in the stadium. They certainly sold out their ticket allotment in their school section (see the north upper deck in the lower part of the photo). There were probably another 5,000 of their fans scattered evenly throughout the stadium with one exception (which is the clue as to why the photo is not depicting the actual situation):I don't think it's as bad as it looks from the seemingly red-tinted overhead stadium view, especially when you look at the mega-pixel shot in another thread.

That overhead view shows the "orange" throughout the entire stadium INCLUDING the entire student section in the upper part of the photo (Block S). Any of us that were at the game know for sure there wasn't ONE SINGLE orange shirt in the student section!
So, for whatever unknown photographic reason, the overhead shot doesn't depict an accurate color representation of the stadium that evening.
yea and about those orange fireworks... 🤣I mentioned in the other thread, it's a shame that our ushers wear orange.
the north upper deck did have a lot of Auburn fans but there always seems to be a red color shift with a lot of the TV and blimpMy goodness that is a lot of orange. I am looking forward to repaying the favor next year.
I don't know how it works in video but my guess is its pretty similar to still photography and depending on the lighting and white balance setting thats what happens. No question something is funky with the orange tint throughout the entire stadium in that overhead shot.
