I strongly encourage Graham to appeal, and continue to appeal, until either a judge or jury has the intellect and objectivity to rightly determine "what really transpired". That didn't happen this week.

Spanier was the best of the PSU presidents in my experience. I go back to Milton Eisenhower days.
